Functional strength training is becoming more and more popular among fitness enthusiasts. It is a new age fitness training which helps you train your body for everyday activities. In other words it can be thought of as movement continuity.

Today people are focused on athletic activities like running , cycling , swimming or daily work like walking ,bending , pulling, lifting etc . Functional training uses all regular human movements to not just build strength but also enhance the nerve muscle system.

It is key here to focus on the movement hence form is a key and we at BootCamp YELLOW focus on form along with strengthening to make sure you are agile , strong and injury free.
